How do I report a bug or give feedback?

We'd love to hear from you! Whether you found a bug, have a feature idea, or just want to share your thoughts, reach out at [email protected].

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • Your device type and operating system version
  • What you were doing when the issue occurred
  • What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
How do I update my personal information?

You can update most of your personal information directly in the app:

  1. Open User Settings from your account/profile area.
  2. Update your details (username, email, etc.).
  3. Save your changes.

If you need help updating something that isn't available in settings, email us at [email protected].

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your UrTurn account directly inside the app. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your UrTurn account in the mobile app.
  2. Open User Settings from your account/profile area.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Delete Account button.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation prompt carefully and completely before confirming.

Important: Please thoroughly review the final prompt before confirming account deletion.

What happens when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.

This includes your email address, username, group memberships, and activity history. Once deletion is complete, it cannot be undone.

I can't access the app — how do I delete my account?

If you no longer have access to the UrTurn app, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at [email protected].

We may verify account ownership before processing deletion requests to protect your security.

Is UrTurn available on iOS?
