Delete Your Account

You're in control of your UrTurn account and data. This page explains exactly how to delete your account, what happens to your information, and what to do if you no longer have access to the app.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the UrTurn mobile app:

  1. Log in to your UrTurn account in the mobile app.
  2. Open User Settings from your account/profile area.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Delete Account button.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation prompt carefully and completely before confirming.

Important: Please thoroughly review the final prompt before confirming account deletion. This action cannot be undone once complete.

Option 2: Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the UrTurn app — for example, you've uninstalled it, lost your device, or can't log in — you can still request account deletion by email.

Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. To protect your security, we may verify account ownership before processing your request.

What happens when you delete your account

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.

Information we may retain

In limited cases, we may be required to keep certain information after account deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect the security and integrity of our Service. Any retained data is held only as long as necessary and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
